Daybreak is led by cousins Alex and Jordan, who grew up together and have remained close friends throughout their lives. That lifelong relationship is at the heart of our company. With an engineering background, Alex brings a highly technical and methodical approach to construction. From construction planning and coordination to detailed budget management, Alex keeps projects organized, efficient, and accountable from beginning to end. Jordan brings a complementary perspective shaped by years in the landscaping design and construction industry. Starting his first company directly out of high school, he developed a strong eye for design and a natural ability to understand what clients are looking for. His focus on communication, aesthetics, and the experience of the finished space helps transform ideas into homes that feel both sophisticated and personal. Together, Alex and Jordan bring a rare combination of technical precision, design intuition, and hands-on project leadership. Every decision is considered. Every detail has a purpose.
